1. Material Safety Data Sheets

   We offer MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information on all of the products we sell. If you would like MSDS information to accompany your order, please request it at the time that the order is placed. We will make sure it is included with your order. If for any reason you should require a second copy, please let us know.

2. Transportation & Shipping

   We generally ship our chemicals via UPS. However, we reserve the right to change this method for certain hazardous chemicals which, when required by regulations, cannot be shipped safely by the preferred method. The dispatch by mail of products with dangerous properties is restricted. We will notify our customers of any changes in shipping method or price.

3. Return Shipments

   We will not accept return shipment unless we have given prior permission and shipping instructions. We want to be fair and will do our best to cooperate, but the circumstances involving returns are often complicated and require individual attention and specific handling. Unidentified return shipments may be discarded.

4. Placing Orders

   For immediate service, please feel free to contact us toll free at 1-800-524-2436 or Fax us your questions to 954-327-0903 and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You may also direct your inquiries by e-mail to sales@advance-scientific.com  Along with the name of the item, please include approximate quantities required and, if a chemical, the purity of the material needed. This will enable us to respond to your quote with greater accuracy.

5. Acceptable Forms of Payment

   Payment may be made by company check, money order, or major credit card. Credit card can be Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If we are shipping materials to an address other than the billing address, we require a letter authorizing us to do so. Purchase orders may be accepted from larger institutions who have set up an account with us previously.

6. Special Requests and Inquiries

   Be aware that some items have both a scientific name and a common name. You may be having a problem locating the item if it is listed under an alternate name. Also, keep in mind that our stock is continually expanding, so feel free to contact us to see if we carry the items that you require.
